Coaching – Key Element = Simplicity

“I think you’ve got to sum it up at the time – how you’re going, how the team’s going, whether you’re still making a difference,” he said.

“As a coach, you have to make a difference, and you have to get results. If you’re not getting results, then you’re not going to be in the job for long.”

Interpretable as, no matter what you as a coach are doing to improve through difference, the results need to be evident and visible beyond dispute.
